HEALTHY RECIPE FOR KIDS

Our kids are our pride and joy.  Lets help them to stay healthy and eat right.  In this video blog, you will be invited into our kitchen to share some really great recipes.  Not just for kids, but we really have some fun when we get a little bit more in depth for our adults who like gourmet.  Healthy recipes for kids can help to develop good habits that will be taken throughout their lives.  For all the adults out there who may not have been eating the way they should, here you will find creative recipes that are easy and fun, and most importantly, healthy.  So join us and let us help to make a difference in your life as we celebrate the joy of cooking!!  

Diets can be very hard to stick with.  We like to take a different approach.  We don't focus on what you can't have, we focus on what you can.  We take healthy ingredients and turn it into some unique dishes that are easy and burst with flavor.  Healthy recipes are the best way to lose weight, feel stronger, perform and concentrate on a higher level.  Lets get creative together and whip up something amazing.  We are in the process of putting together a complete video series covering recipes that span all the seasons, stimulate every sense, and most importantly, an opportunity to get your family and friends involved and cook up some fantastic dishes.  This site is completely free.  All we ask is that you sign up for our email list so we can keep you up to date on new recipes.  Join us as we cook up some healthy dishes for all ages.

LOW FAT LEMONADE PIE

1 Large container lite Cool Whip
1 Can fat free Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 can frozen lemonade (large)
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust

mix cool whip, milk and lemonade together until smooth and creamy.  Pour into pie crust and chill 1 hour before serving.  Garnish with fresh strawberries or lemon slices.  Enjoy!
